Cajun Chicken Steak

Ingredients:

500 g chicken fillets or boneless chicken thigh meat

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning, ready to use

1 teaspoon chili powder

50 g finely chopped onion

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Complement:

French Fries

Green Salad

Method:

     Stir the chicken fillet with Cajun spices and other ingredients until blended.
     Place in a container with a lid. Store in refrigerator for 2 hours.
     Heat the iron grill over medium heat.
     Cook the chicken while turning until cooked through evenly.
     Lift. Serve with a complement.
