Ingredients:
500 g chicken fillets or boneless chicken thigh meat
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning, ready to use
1 teaspoon chili powder
50 g finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method:
Stir the chicken fillet with Cajun spices and other ingredients until blended.
