Koyabu


Ingredients:

2 pieces of cassava medium size, peeled, grated, squeeze a little dry

100 g grated coconut

200 g brown sugar, fine comb

1 teaspoon salt

1 tsp vanilla powder

Several pieces of pandan leaf width, form a funnel or bowl

Directions:

     Mix the grated cassava, grated coconut, brown sugar, salt and vanilla.
     Stir until well blended.
     Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture of cassava.
     Place the funnel into the pandan leaves.
     Fold and pin with a stick.
     Steamed in a steamer pans for 30 minutes

For 10 pieces
