Fried Mushroom


Ingredients:

12 pieces champignon mushrooms

150 g flour panko

1 egg

cooking oil

Mix well:

150 g wheat flour

1 / 2 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon salt

Ranch sauce, mix well:

120 g bottled mayonnaise

120 g yogurt

60 g of fresh milk

11 / 2 tablespoons dill, finely chopped

11 / 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 / 2 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon salt

Method:

     Heat oil over medium heat lot.
     Wipe mushrooms clean from dirt.
     Mushroom roll into flour mixture until blended.
     Dip in beaten eggs.
     Cover with panko flour until blended.
     Fry in hot oil until golden brown and a lot.
     Remove and drain.
     Serve with Ranch Dressing.

For 12 pieces
